We here @iKon over 25 years ago where contract by a client to design a custom POS geared for one use Truck/Trailer Washing and other types of Big Rigs and Trucks. This POS was exclusive to the company that knew iKon and was never marketed! Fast forward to now and a few of our clients have requested and footed a chunk of money to get this newer technology cloud/internet based system rolling! With the amount of work and system abilities we have decided to release this for public use! Easy Setup

The right Point of Sale system for your truck wash as we have said we cant seem to find a public retail POS for this industry so here is one that a few clients helped design and gear it to specific features for the truck wash industry.

Easy Setup

You sign up! A New Instance is spawned on our network and POS equipment of your choice is mailed directly to you programmed with your logos for thermal pos receipts, report headers and merchant credit card pin pad. We have some options on this we can work with your current merchant to get the system to work with your current equipment as well! Contact us for more details.

Easy to Customize

Need a special report that does not exists have a special formula for efficiency, well no problem we can design and work on custom code for your POS for a fee we can discuss this before a purchase agreement is made.

Unlimited Locations / Bays

Add as many branches as needed! These branches can have as many bays and washouts as you might need! All simply customizable under branch management! Branches are per location license monthly or yearly you can also contact us to discuss a perpetual software license otherwise know as buy right out the software for lifetime use.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions include your server database and URL for portal access. There is no big picture hardware to maintain, all systems are optimized and backed up daily and are stored on redundant cluster servers.

Currently 31 reports ranging from Cash, Card, Check, ComCheck, Account, Sales, Time Clock, Shift and Daily Summary and Batch Invoicing to manage your cash flow.

Multiple Sales Bays / Washouts

Add per location as many sales bays or washouts as you require for your specific location supports Account Charge, Credit Card, Check/Com and Cash and also has a loyalty program for your use to earn point for discounts or apparel or whatever you would like.

Customer Charge / Accounts

Customer accounts and charge account for direct billing and to retain tax exempt or surcharge exempt status and to also create special pricing or authorization rules (control how many washes are allowed by time, po, driver, trailer, tractor, product, or location).

Charge Account Billing & Payments

A complete section used for receiving payments and billing with EMAIL and Standard mailing options to send bills owed to the customers. You can then receive payments and mark them as paid and we can even create a custom export of your POS activity.

Grant a single-use override for special scenarios — like one-way trips or out-of-area charges.

Example: Tractor/Trailer 1089:7865 is granted one wash on 07/15/2023 at a restricted location for Product #101.
